Sometimes it feels like you've been working on something long enough so everyone should understand, but if there's a way for them to anonymously give me feedback I'd like to use it, that way they don't feel self-conscious about not being ready to move on. I liked the worksheet with the different smiley faces on it.

I agree that we should be working to educate children on their level and to meet their individual needs. I feel it is still important to differentiate and to help the teachers to understand their new roles.
I want to know more on how to help the community and families to accept this way of learning for their children. Would this be easier to obtain if teachers more in the intermediate elementary grades, so they can specialize and help learners to better meet their needs? What do the logistics look like for learners who are way above or below the norms? i.e. meeting different standards super fast or not on time.

I love the slide that mentioned that students are taught to listen without judgment etc. Is there a simple "how" to this? Is it merely setting up the guidelines and then always referring to them?
