There's also no liability for the bike rider (low cost, not your own bike) so there’s no need to be ‘responsible’ for the bike after using it.
This type of attitude was formed by the majority of people -> you view this as acceptable behaviour since everyone else is dumping bikes. 
Solution: $10 bond for bike use; Make an account where it tracks bike usage history; Hire people to physically monitor cities/bike use;

Role - because there's no deterrent its easy to participate in the behaviour especially considering peer pressure / social norms that would accompany this incidents. Its also easy to not feel guilty because it's not seen 

Solutions - $10 bond for bike use, change society's perception by showing the consequences of bike dumping eg. through ad campaign 

Situation 2
1. Family practices shaped the way I eat as food was seen as readily available to me and therefore I never viewed it as something I wouldn’t have and my parents were always there to provide for me. Cultural norms that food was plentiful and I what was normal to eat shaped how much and what I ate and how I got my food. Peer influences shaped what I ate as I wanted to eat whatever my friends did. Marketing affected my food choices through their promotion and communication as I would want to eat something that was marketed as desirable to me. 
2.
