Today is my first day doing my SIEP (Student in Industry Entreprise Programme) at one of the boutique in Tanah Merah which is MZ NURIN Collection. The address of the boutique is PT 663 No 20 Ground Floor, Kompleks Humaira, 17500 Tanah Merah, Kelantan. At that boutique, I work as the seller and the cashier. My working hours on my first day SIEP is from 10am to 4pm. When I arrived at that boutique, I have been introduced with my partner at the boutique. On my first day SIEP, the owner of the boutique gives many andvise and things that should I do when working at there. My partner at the work is Siti Maisarah or Sarah had brief me on my duty and how to handle the job which is clean the boutique everyday, how to handle the payment, clean the rubbish and make sure the the boutique is always clean and tidy to make sure that the customer do not complain about the cleanest in the boutique. When work at that boutique, the owner which is Madam Syamimi Binti Khalid or I call Madam Mimi told me to wear the black of scarf everyday. Here's the view of the boutique.

Today is the second day I work for SIEP 2. My shift for today is also at morning start at the 10am to 4pm. I come early in the morning at the 9am in the morning because it took 20 minutes to arrived at the boutique from my house. When arrive at the boutique, I help Sarah to open the boutique, sweep the floor and arrange the scarf, mopping the floor and iron the shirt and the cloth that arrived at the boutique this early in the morning. Besides that, I also clean the mirror in the changing room to make sure that there are no dusk at the mirror. I get rest on that day from 1pm to 2pm. At the second day working there is not many of customers come to the boutique. At that boutique there are sold many type of women shirt for every age. For the children also there are many type of cloth that are sold at the best price. The cloth is from RM20 to RM40. Ain't that is cheaper from other boutique? Besides that, I also have to make sure that to ask the customers what they want and help them to sure they know the price. When 4.09 in the afternoon, my father pick me to go back at home.

Today is my third day work at the MZ NURIN Collection. My working hours on the third day SIEP is from 4pm to 11pm in the evening. Today is my first day shift in the afternoon. When arrived at the boutique at the 3.45pm, I help Sarah to handle the customers because at that time there will always many customers comes to the boutique because that was the time that certain of the people done their job. After the customers bought a few of the woman shirt for her and daughters, I help Sarah to received the payment and gives the correct amount of the balance. After that, I iron a few of the shirt and arrange the scarf on the right place to make sure that the boutique always in clean and tidy as the owner told me to do. Madam Mimi always not in the boutique because she busy help his husband in another business. So, Sarah is the niece of Madam Mimi have to make sure that the boutique is in the good condition. At that day, I have to get a rest at 5pm to pray solat Asar in 15 minutes and countinue the job. I get rest after that from 7pm to 8pm.

Today is the fourth day works for SIEP 2 at MZ NURIN Collection at Tanah Merah. My working hours on that day is afternoon shift at 4pm till 11pm. As usual my father send me to the boutique at 3.20pm which is 40 minutes early because it took 20 minutes to arrived at the boutique. On that day, Sarah cannot work because she had a high fever. So, I have to work at there alone. Madam Mimi also go to the boutique but she just asking me whether I can or cannot work alone at the day. The morning shift is Madam Mimi have to work herself to make sure that the boutique is open. I clean the boutique and arrange the clothes that do not put to their right places. When customers comes, I have to handle the customers one by one by myself because Sarah was not around. I throw the rubbish that have in the boutique and in the staff room to make sure that the boutique was clean. When 5pm, Madam Mimi comes today the boutique with her husband to help me at the work. At the day also, the stock of clothes arrived at the boutique and I have to arrange the stock to put in the right place to make sure that the boutique was in good condition and to make easier for me to find the cloth that the customers a ask for. I go back at my house at 11.15 to help Madam Mimi to closed the boutique.

Today is my fifth day work at the boutique of MZ NURIN Collection. For this day, I work at 10am to 4pm which is morning shift. At this day also I have to work alone and Sarah still cannot go to work. I open the boutique because Madam Mimi already gives me the key of the boutique yesterday to open it early if she cannot comes early in the morning. I arrived at the boutique at 9.15am and open the boutique. After that, I clean the boutique and throw the rubbish at the behind of the boutique. I have to breakfast at the boutique before start the work. After that, I mopped the floor and make sure that the scarf is in the right places. At 10am, there are a lot of customer comes to the boutique and Madam Mimi arrived to the boutique and help me to handle the customers and handle the stock that arrived this morning. At 11pm, I have to restock the clothes that already bought by the customers. Madam Mimi told me and gives me many advise on how to be a successful entrepreneur and how she start open the boutique. I relived because I found the best owner of the boutique that teach me everything and she not selfish about everything. After finish restock the clothes, I have to iron a few of shirt that Madam Mimi ask me to. The shirts she will put in front of the boutique to attract the attention of customers. At 4.15, I go back to my house.

My sixth day doing SIEP 2 is on the Sunday because the MZ NURIN Collection boutique is open every Sunday to Thursday. I work at morning shift with Sarah. When I arrived at the boutique, Sarah already open the boutique early. I am happy she was okay because I can work with her again. She asking me many things about the stocks that had been arrived at the boutique last Thursday. She have to take a note of every stock that are arrived in the boutique. I clean the boutique and iron the clothes that will be put in front of the boutique. She also asking me doing fine or not when she was not around. That is the first time that I have to work alone and doing many things by myself without help from everyone. I also have to put the shirts that not to sold at the staff room. I have to clean the floor and make sure no dusk at the shirts. Besides that, I have to clean the mirror in the training room and make sure everything is in good condition before start the work. At 10.40am, the cleaning time was done. Sarah and I have to handle a fewof  customers that comes and asked for the customers needs. Sarah help me a lot when work at there. At 2pm I get rest till 3pm. Sarah rest at 1pm to 2pm and I have to handle customers alone when she get rest and pray. At that day, there is no stock arrive at the boutique because there are still many clothes have in the staff room that do not bought by customers.

Today is the seventh day doing my SIEP 2 at the MZ NURIN Collection boutique. My working hours at that day is also morning shift which is from 10am to 4pm. I arrived at the boutique at 9.15am in the morning. I help Sarah to open the boutique and we work together to clean up the mess that made by the customers yesterday. As usual, me and Sarah sweat the floor and mop the floor before starting our job. Sarah throw the reubbish and help me to arranged the dress and robe to make sure that the clothes, shirts are in the right place and do not look mess. I also have to make sure that the boutique look in good condition and Madam Mimi will like the conditions in her boutique. At 11am in the morning, the stock of the clothes, shirts and scarf are arrived at the boutique and Sarah and I have to clean the shirts and put the shirt on the suitable places to make sure boutique is not mess with many clothes. At 12pm, many customers comes and bought the news shirts that had been arrived this morning. There are a lot of beautiful dress, shirts and blouses. The stock of the shirts is limited, so the earlier customers will got the shirts in the lower price.

Today is the eighth day work at MZ NURIN Collection. My working hours on the eighth day SIEP is from 4pm to 11pm in the evening which is evening shift. When arrived at the boutique at the 3.45pm, I help Sarah to handle the customers because many customers comes to the boutique on that time. After the customers bought a few of the woman shirt for her and daughters, I help Sarah to received and make the payment and gives the correct amount of the balance. After that, I iron a few of the shirt and arrange the scarf on the right place to make sure that the boutique always in clean and tidy as the owner told me to do. Sarah and I help each other when restock the clothes on the right places. After that, I clean the mirror in the changing room and make sure that no dusk in the boutique. As usual I have to rest at 7pm to 8pm. I go back to my house at 11.15 to help Sarah closed the boutique.

Today is the second last day doing my SIEP at MZ NURIN Collection. My working hours for this day is also after on shift which is from 4pm to 11pm. My father send me to the boutique 30 minutes earlier and I arrived at the boutique at 3.45pm. I help Sarah to handle a few of customers that have in the boutique to bought a blouse for her daughters. I gives the explanation of the shirts that had been ask from customers. There are also a lot of new dresses that arrived in the boutique because it was the stock for the Hari Raya Haji. Many customers already bought the clothes to make their collections for Hari Raya Haji that will coming soon. There are also many woman comes to bought dress and new collection of the scarf that had been arrived at the boutique. This day was very tired because it was many customers comes and many stock that arrived at the boutique.

My last day doing SIEP 2 at MZ NURIN Collection boutique was today. My working hours at this day is morning shift which is from 10am to 4pm. Today, Madam Mimi and Sarah make a simple ceremony because I had been working at there in 2 weeks. I feel excited but also sad because have to stop working at there. Madam Mimi and Sarah also gives me many advised and I really appreciate that two persons because they teach me many things while I am doing my SIEP at their boutique. At 12pm I help Madam Mimi and Sarah to cleaning the boutique and she also told me many about how to improve the communication skills and how to be successful person in the future. Besides that, she give me many advices that I can be used in the study and the work in the future. I am really appreciate because I knowing the right person to help me in the job and to advised me to becomes the good person in the future.
