Another way to get a clear description of reality involves interviewing students.  This can uncover how student are responding to content, their emotional engagement, whether they feel they belong, or whether they expect to succeed.  THIS is an option! A should do or Aspire to do

This survey will let us know what progress students have made toward the goal and what you are learning  about the strategy, the students, and yourself. Hopefully these questions will be helpful in your progress in the Coaching Cycle.

This will help us gauge where we are in our practice. It will explore if changes or improvements  need to made to ensure success.
