after finding sisu and collecting the second shard of the dragon gem, Namaari finds raya and chases her until she finds one of her unlikley alies named Boun.

this is when boun took them to talon raya left the boat to look for the cheif to get the dragon gem peice, sisu thought raya needed to use peace so she left the bought and not understanding how the modern day world works economicly she gets herself in trouble and seems to be fed to the main monsters until raya saves her at the last second and securing the third dragon gem peice

the road of trials

through out the entire movie raya had a hard time trusting people after she was betrayed by naamari as a kid, at the end of the movie with the help of sisu she overcomes this flaw

the meeting with the goddess

when raya entered spine, her and sisu were taken almost like prisoners as the native to talon intimedated them before rayas other aliens barged in and saved her just to find out he was the last of his village, and being the last one meant his wife and baby were gone, this realization made raya realize the other clans weren't mindless brutes seeking power or wealth but actually just wanted to take care of their family letting her see that they didnt want the idea of kumandra gone forever

woman as the temptress

doubted herself and the belief that it could be fixed but with the help of sisu and her other allies she regained that belief

atonement with the father

raya and her allies come up with a plan to get the final dragon gem peice, but sisu makes naamari apart of the plan after seeing good in her so they get naamari to bring the final dragon gem peice but when raya shows the other peices naamari betrays them pulling out a weapon demanding for the peices, but raya accidently caused her to pull the trigger killing sisu which causes all water to disapear. naamari runs away as raya follows initiating a battle as the main monsters ravage naamaris city.

resurection

after they stop fighting and are trapped under rubble raya thinks back to what sisu told her and realized the dragon gem didn't run by the magic infused in it but also trust so to take the first step she gives namaari her peice of the gem and back up into the mosters turning into stone, seeing this the other allies follow leaving namaari left as the only one not turned to stone, a hole appears in the pit as she runs to leave with the gems until she looks back and sees them as stone so she runs back and puts the gems back together before backing up, she then gets turned to stone. after all of them became stone the gems fixed itself and brought them all back

The ultimate boon

after the dragon gem is fixed all the humans who were turned are brought back, and the dragons who turned to stone all that time ago were also brought back and the revived sisu, raya heads back home to finally see her dad again and her friend sisu, and with this ending allowed for their 5 seprate nations to become one again, to become, kumandra.
