The Hadith of Jibril also teaches us about the faith of Islam. First, we believe in the oneness of Allah, which guides us to live with trust and gratitude. Believing in angels reminds us that unseen beings carry out Allah's commands and record our deeds. Faith in the divine books, like the Quran, encourages us to seek guidance from these texts and live by their teachings. Believing in the prophets, including Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), inspires us to follow their examples of righteousness and justice. Faith in the Day of Judgment makes us aware that our actions have consequences, motivating us to live with integrity and compassion. Lastly, believing in divine decree helps us accept life's challenges with patience, knowing everything happens by Allah's will. These beliefs shape our actions and character, helping us live a balanced and faithful life.

Obedience to Allah (Taat - Bakti) guides us to live righteously. Striving for goodness (Baik) means being honest and kind. Respect (Hormat) for others fosters harmony. Taking care (Jaga) of oneself and others shows compassion. Love (Sayang) motivates us to act kindly. Forgiveness (Maaf - Mudah) brings peace and helps maintain healthy relationships. These reflections help us live with integrity, compassion, and responsibility.

• The appearance of some signs of Judgment Day should motivate Muslims to turn back to their Lord, repenting and surrendering themselves to Him alone. Muslims should not sleep or wait with hands tied; rather, they should work for a better future for the whole Muslim Ummah and Islam, for Allah helps only those who want to help themselves.

Minor signs of the Day of Judgment :

• There are two (2) types of minor signs.

i) The minor signs that have happened and will never repeat again. It only happened once, and it was done. We didn't witness them, we were not there when that took place, and it will never come back again.

Major signs of the Day of Judgment :

1 The Emergence of the Dajjal (the Anti-Christ)

2 The descent of Jesus, son of Mary

3 The emergence of Gog and Magog (Yakjuk & Makjuk)

4 The emergence of the beast

5 The rising of the sun from the west

Significance: Adab refers to good manners, morals, and appropriate actions derived from Islamic teachings. It is both a quality and a process that can be learned and established.

Adab vs Akhlaq

Akhlaq: Refers to moral philosophy.

Adab: Refers to the actual practices of these moral philosophies. Adab addresses the proper or improper behavior of a person, while Akhlaq addresses why such actions are proper or otherwise.

Adab towards Parents

Respect and Love: The document emphasizes the importance of showing deep respect and intense love for one's parents, as illustrated by the story of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his father.

Communication: Ibrahim A.S. did not insult or confront his father for his disbelief. Instead, he invited his father's attention to the helplessness of his idols and refrained from using derogatory words.

Guidance: Ibrahim A.S. humbly urged his father to consider the knowledge bestowed upon him and follow the path of guidance.

Warnings: He warned his father about the divine wrath that would fall on him as a punishment for infidelity and idolatry.

Patience and Prayer: Despite his father's threats, Ibrahim A.S. responded with peace and continued to pray for his father's forgiveness.

Conclusion

Outcome: Allah answered Ibrahim A.S.'s prayers and granted him a better family consisting of prophets and pious people after he left his father's family.

• the practice of performing good deeds and acts of worship, which are fundamental to demonstrating devotion to Allah.

• It lists five types of Amal: Salah , Zakat, fasting, Hajj , and kindness.

• These practices help Muslims grow spiritually, improve their character, and lead a good life.

4. Hikmah

   • refers to wisdom, intellect, and knowledge.

   • It involves understanding the deeper meanings and purposes behind actions and teachings in Islam.

5. Niyyah

   • on the other hand, means intention.

   • It is the internal decision or commitment made in the heart before performing any action.

It emphasizes that worship fosters essential virtues such as taqwa (piety), empathy, and sincerity, which are crucial for personal and communal well-being.

Key acts of worship mentioned include prayer (Salah), fasting (Sawm), and charity (Zakah), with references to relevant Quranic verses that underscore their importance.

Each act of worship is described in terms of its benefits:

1.Salah instills awareness of Allah and encourages moral behavior

2. Sawm develops self-restraint and a stronger connection to Allah

3. Zakah purifies wealth while promoting social responsibility.

These practices not only fulfill religious obligations but also contribute to a balanced, ethical, and spiritually enriched life for believers

Wudhu

a fundamental pillar of purity, requiring specific conditions

such as the intention (niat), washing the face, hands, arms, head, and feet in sequence, while adhering to sunnah practices like maintaining proper order and ensuring no part is missed.

Its conditions include being free from najis (impurities), having water that is pure and sufficient, and performing each step properly.

Tayammum

serves as an alternative when water cannot be used, with its own conditions like the absence of water.

Both wudhu and tayammum are prerequisites that facilitate a state of physical and spiritual cleanliness, which are essential conditions for a valid salah that can be executed with khusyu’.

It involves abstaining from food, drink, and other acts from dawn to sunset, fostering self-discipline, patience, and empathy towards others, especially those in need.

The main wisdom of fasting is to cultivate Takwa (piety), self-control, and spiritual closeness to Allah.

It encourages believers to avoid sinful behaviors, practice forgiveness, and seek Allah's mercy and blessings.

Fasting also provides an opportunity for reflection, increased prayer, and a reminder of the importance of gratitude and compassion in daily life

Zakāh is not merely a financial obligation but a means to purify wealth, promote social responsibility, and foster a sense of brotherhood among Muslims.

It involves specific regulations regarding recipients, amounts, and timing, distinguishing it from voluntary charity (Sadaqah), which is broader and less structured.

The act of giving Zakāh helps strengthen the relationship between individuals and Allah while simultaneously building empathetic and unified communities by promoting love, harmony, and mutual support.

The importance of Zakāh is highlighted through references in the Quran and Hadith, illustrating its key role in achieving a righteous and harmonious society.

Ultimately, Zakāh’s virtues include spiritual growth, societal purification, and fostering brotherhood, making it essential for the moral and social well-being of Muslims.
