         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>100 percent of families will receive a positive monthly communication surrounding their scholar’s progress either academically or in regards to personal growth surrounding our core values. This will be  tracked by way of school wide communication log. This will in turn strengthen the relationships between school and home to promote trust. open lines of communication, and academic and personal success for students. </li><li>Parent teacher conferences will be attended by at least 80 percent of families twice a year. These conferences can be held virtually if is it more convenient for the family as well as in the families preferred language. </li><li>To ensure equity and access we as a school collective commit to a monthly school newsletter translated in all of community preferred languages. (OR Bi-Weekly... thoughts?) This will in return increase family engagement at school events to at least 50 percent of families.<br><br></li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
