About the effects of war on innocence children 
Dove is a symbol hope and peace 
The child controls the dove because we as a country controls whether we have peace or not 
The army helmet is a symbol of control on young children, how they are moulded into the soldiers of the next generation 
The child has chosen to play with the dove over the army men symbolising we should want peace
