I thought this was interesting because I knew that there were different types of joints like moveable and non-moveable but I didn't know that there were even joints that only move slightly. Also the listing of the different types of synovial joints was extremely helpful and putting examples of them in the body to be able to move it on ourselves and know what that joint was and how it moved was very cool.

Things like splinting and bracing can help in sports situations were someone gets injured or falls on their wrist or ankle, it is good to know how you can help them in that moment. Also thinks like blood control in major emergencies, say you are hiking in the woods and someone cuts their leg on a tree, being able to calmly and handle that situation well is an incredible skill.

This was taught to us during our shoulder notes and other activities like the sticker lab thing. It is helpful to know the different function of different parts of your body, like the tissue is connective like it holds the bones together while the bones work to actually do movements. All of it put together works to do so much more than you think you live, the functions within these different parts of the body work to let people do things with ease like open a cabinet or put there hands up to wash their hair or dead-lift.

Similarly to the shoulder all of the bones and tissue in the knee help facilitate movements of daily life and activity. You walk, you, run, you jump and your knee helps do all of these actions. All of the other parts also help to absorb shock and prevent you feeling pain constantly for just doing normal activities that require flexion and extension.
