Stephan Harper's Aid.

Prime Minister Stephan Harper, gave aid to post-revolutionary nation of the Middle East and North Africa by financial institutions. But, however, he would not give further financial aid.

This, one of the every few positive actions Canada did during the Arab Spring has to be the best decision made by Canada. They had interest in the protesters and the new government-led countries and were willing to help them out. Since there is not much Canadian involvement in the Arab spring, I'm going to have to rate this a 2+ along with other positive actions, since I can't find much information and I fell like it would be slightly unfair for the positive actions being rated 1+.

Slight Condemning of Crackdowns.

There were slight condemning's of the Arab Spring crackdowns by Canadian officials. They weren't really talked about in Canada, despite public knowledge. There isn't much else to say.

Not really a big thing, but, there isn't much positive actions, so, I'll just count this one in as a 2+ rating.

Not Much Official interest.

Canada was almost barely involved in the Arab Spring, there isn't a large list of Canadian actions and humanitarian roles that Canada had during the time. There was barely any information I could find about positive actions.

They could've helped the protests out and publicly supported them, they had the resources, they had good interests, but, they decide not to get heavily involved during the Arab Spring.

There was barely anything said.

Bare Involvement

Canada barely did anything for the protesters during the Arab Spring to 2010-2012, besides Prime Minister Stephan's financial aid. Canada barely gave anything towards the post-revolutionary nations during and after the Arab Spring. It was almost like Canada almost didn't care to give in more aid.
