         <description><![CDATA[<p>Rock County has a Safety Services Coordinator who helps review and craft PP and SAPs. Provides additional 1:1 support and examples to help staff grow their ability to implement PP and SAPs. </p><p><br/></p><p>Columbia County has on call time where they debrief and learn from PD events that occurred on after hours. As well as mock cases similar to our audio clip assignments in this training. </p><p><br/></p><p>Rock's Lead Workers put on regular monthly workshops to continue learning and honing skills related to CPS and safety. Documents of how to are kept on a teams platform for all workers to access examples. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
