I do not feel like a slight change in climate affects the formation or spread of a virus. I feel there is not enough evidence to show that a virus is created do to a slight change in temperature in a region. Yes, Viruses to live and die in different temperatures but climate change isn’t so extreme that it would cause an entire outbreak.
