Over 62% of Burundians are Christian, which is certainly diffused from Europe. Christianity is definitely a universalizing religion as they try to be everywhere on Earth.

Christians worship a single god (monotheism) and have a pretty simple worshiping style. They attend a Church where different ceremonies are held, praising to god with music or speech, different prayers, many have choirs sing and reading verses or scriptures from their holy Bible. Christian churches can be very simple, or extremely beautiful and complex in massive Roman cathedrals.

While women do help quite a bit in the economy, they still face many gender-violence issues. The government has been very slow on getting support for women.
