I started working at Subway in May, 2020. I made delicous sandwhiches and did a lot of dishes.

Where I Grew Up

I grew in a very small town located in Wall, South Dakota with a population of around 700 people. I lived about 7 miles to the Badlands National Park and also Wall Drug. I spent most of my time hanging out with family and friends!

While also doing Subway I wanted another job to make some more money, so I became a lifeguard at our local pool.

I have worked at Harley-Davidson for the past 2 years and it has been my favorite job so far. While working over the biggest motorcycle rally in the world I have met so many people from so many different places. I also have learned so many life skills that I will use during college and when I go into the workforce.

NFL Draft

2 years ago I was very fortunate to attend the 2023 NFL draft located in Kansas City, Missouri. I got to watch my favorite NFL team (the Baltimore Ravens) draft future stars of the league. I was even interviewed by a Kansas City news station.

Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA)

FCCLA is an student led organization with the main focus being family. In FCCLA I was elected the State President of South Dakota. I led meetings, networked with people from all around the United States, and also gained various leadership skills such as public speaking and confidence.

My family consists of my Mom, Dad, and sister Mercede. My Mom currently works in the Badlands as a fee collector and my Dad just retired after coaching high school basketball for 20+ years. My sister is currently in medical school in Joplin, Missouri.

Basketball

Since I have been alive my Dad has been a coach, so the last couple of years I helped manage and do the book for the team. I even got an oppurtuniy to coach with him on the varsity level. He retired after succesfully making it to the state tournament 3 years in a row.

Graduating

I succesfully graduated hisghschool this year. I graduated in a class of 22 kids.

Fort Lewis College

I am now attending FLC for a Journalism and Multimedia degree. I plan to go into sports media after I graduate!
