Contemporary photography could be  simply described as a photograph from our own time, the thing that differs it from  any photo taken on your smartphone is that usually contemporary photography is something that has not been seen before and with a hook, that makes it stand out.

At any point in time, a photograph is a “contemporary” image. For the photograph to be “contemporary” it does not have to ignore a prior historical context, or that it is influenced by the work of others in the past, or by other current artists. The photographer may even have appropriated or combined previously taken images from any prior point in time giving that image a contemporary re-birth.

It is hard to define Contemporary photography, since it is more of a concept that changes over time.

In my opinion this is one of the genres that requires minimal connection with people when made, but opposite when received. For example people can spend the most time looking at contemporary photography, because it usually has a hook.

The photo's colour scheme  is nice, it is colourful, but not so that it is just plain disturbing. The main  creative device used in this photo was details, you can really see a lot of details in this photo, like trash on the floor.

The vertical frame I think was the right choice, although to me, personally, it is very hard to ignore that mattress is not straight, but all the other stuff happening in the photograph distracts from it.

By the moment author took the photo he was already 40 years old, so for him i think it was fun to creating everythiing, reminding what was it like to be young.

I like contemporary art and architecture, so I realized the same will go for photography.

I think for me the hardest personal challenge was time management, i did not manage my time well and left a lot of thing for the last day.
3) WHAT IS EXCITING IN THE PROJECT (IF ANYTHING)
For me it is exciting to look at interesting pictures, that’s my favourite thing about this project, althoug I am also excited to try taking my own photos.
4) WHAT MEDIA (OTHER THAN PICTURES FROM THE INTERNET) COULD YOU USE TO GET INSPIRED? HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT MUSIC, SCULPTURE, LANDSCAPES, PLACES, LITERATURE, MOVIES?
I’d like to go to the CAC (Contemporary art centre) while I still can.
5) NAME YOUR GENRE & POSSIBLE TECHNIQUES (slide 11). IS THIS GOING TO BE A GOOD MATCH?
Contemporary photography would go well with digital ohotography for sure and since I have a an instant camera i will try that, but I am not sure that will work well.

Then i'd take photos of her and experiment with the poses and composition of shapes and their places. I tried using rule of thirds as well. I figured colours are probably needed, so it would be easier to identify some things.

The story is anonymous life, this is shown by covering face and never showing it.
