Character 1 - Pulcinella (video i watched)

Pulcinella is depicted as an average Italian. He's lazy and doesn't want to work. and he only wants to relax. He wears a long white dress and has a round belly. The mask he wears has a long big nose and looks very human-like.

Character 2- Pantalone

Pantalone is a merchant and is very old and rich.

Character 3- Zanni

Zanni is the poorest and most uneducated among all the other servants. But he is also a strong and hard worker. He is Pantalones or Doctorres servant.

Character 4- Arlecchino

He is one of the youngest Commedia dell' Arte's characters. He's clownish and absent-minded. He is also clumsy which makes him funny to watch.

Character 5- Dottore

Dottore is a medieval doctor and is very rich. He's shown as being very self-loving and greedy.

Character 6- Capitano

Capitano likes to brag in front of people but is also a coward. He's a military man. Also one of the earliest Commedia dell' Arte characters.

Character 7- The Lovers

The Lovers are the leading characters of Commedia dell' Arte. They often act in a childlike and immature manner. They're also very selfish and self-centered and want things to go their way.

Character 8- The Witch

SCENE ARLECCHINO AND CLARICE

In my scene I played Arlecchino. Alrecchino's stance is hunched and I tried to do this but most of the time I was standing up straight. Arlecchino is also fidgety while walking and never stays still I kind of did this by moving everywhere and using the space. Arlecchino's voice is high and sometimes nasal. Overall my performance of the character was ok, but I could've done better by having the "hunched over" stance and the nasal voice.
