There needed to be breakout room.names on the schedule. There were a lot of questions from participants as to where their session was. We needed more screens throughout the venue. Relying on only one screen for all qr codes really hampered us.


There needed to be a more clear schedule for staff. Not everyone needed to be there all day. The shifts should have been staggered.
