To be honest having Josh as the cpt. is a bit of a stupid idea, he doesn't copreate very well with the group or fill in the rest of the group about what we've changed and/or decided what we are doing. I think it would be best if someone else was cpt. such as Beth Kal or Ryan just because they want to get the work done and they don't want to mess about and that i also think they would be better at being the cpt of the group then josh is as the minute. With Josh its fun and games, yes its good to have a bit of fun but Josh takes it too far with him its all just messing about. But to the things that did go to plan well there was only one thing that did really and that was the actual power point it self and taking it in turns to talk on each slide.
feedback
the feedback we are taking on will be that we will be trying to add DLC to our game, not talking at the board but talking to the audience, the cowdernation wasn't very goods we will build upon that, the price of the game is too hight for what the people would buy it for, our performance was lacking as well so we'll build upon that as well.
strengths and weakness of the group
Ryan's weakness is that he's too quiet he's strength is that he wants to get the work over and done with but then asks for more work to do after.
Kal's weakness is that he doesn't ask for work or more work strength for Kal is that he's good with coming up with the ideas for the game/games.
Beth's weakness is that she's too shy she doesn't speak up to the rest of the group her strength is that she's amazing at drawing and the art for the charters for the game and the levels for the game
