         <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes and No.</p><p><br/></p><p>A larger EU would create an even bigger single market, encouraging economic growth. Having all European countries in the EU could strengthen collective security and the continent’s influence globally by creating more diplomatic relationships.</p><p><br/></p><p>However, Europe is very diverse and not all countries share the same political, economic or cultural outlooks. Forcing every country into one system could cause internal conflict and weaken the EU. Some countries value their independence and may not want to give up decision-making power to EU institutions especially on sensitive issues like migration or fiscal policy, being in the EU threatens their sovereignty - this is why the UK left the EU.</p>]]></description>
