We would include a playground in each estate for children to play in when they have free time, schools nearby and kindergartens under each precinct for parents that are choosing schools for their child. A near by park for children to play and for families to spend time during the weekend, bus stops nearby for the children to go school and come back from school. These amenities are important because it can get the family to come closer

i think that I were a single person with a animal in my house I would include a outdoor space at the hdb flat amenities. The outdoor space would have a a place where you can drop off your dogs to get taken care of and a walking trail for the animals so that It would be more convenient to take your animals out for walks

Stairs can be challenging for seniors with balance or mobility issues, increasing the risk of falls. A slight misstep on stairs can lead to serious injuries. Slopes, on the other hand, provide a gentler incline, reducing the likelihood of losing balance.

I would make a playground with multiply slopes so that the people using the wheelchairs can play and still stay active. The slopes will not be too steep and the slopes will be made with rubber so there is friction. Yearly sport event made community center to do paralympics.
