Previously, the OAR forms were initiated by the PA/AA, so therefore the students could not see the form listed or be able to initiate this.

This generates an email that is sent to the HCP with a link to sign off the hours. This HCP does not need an ePortfolio account to sign off the hours. 
Additionally, the Education Team members have been given PA/PS role so in the event they need a form signing off this can be sent to the relevant Education team member.

The processing time for account creation has been amended to 48hrs to reflect the multiple stages required to complete account creation.
Moreover, the Faculty are proactively working with PLPs to identify a student’s PA/PSs in advance of placements starting so that accounts can be set-up and they can be seen in the system.

If an approver (PA/PS or anyone else who can) confirms hours, but later wants to change or update the completed form - a ticket needs to be raised with relevant details for the form to be deleted – the form will need to be resubmitted. If it is a simple field change to be applied - this can be done by any Faculty Superuser.

A PLP can chose the role they will be fulfilling (i.e. PA,PS or both) and based on their selection, they will see students that have been assigned to them.
