منى: أنا منى، عمري عشرونَ عامًا، أودُّ أنْ أصلَ إلى وزني المثاليِّ، أحسُّ بأنَّ وزني قدْ زادَ مؤخّرًا؛ لتوقّفي عنْ ممارسةِ الرّياضةِ، وهذا يُقلقُني.
إسراءُ: أنا إسراءُ، تفضّلي واصعدي فوقَ الميزانِ؛ لأقيسَ وزنَكِ وطولَكِ (تُجري القياساتِ)، ثمَّ تقولُ: شكرًا لكِ، تستطيعينَ النّزولَ عنِ الميزانِ، في الواقعِ لديكِ وزنٌ زائدٌ بمقدارِ سبعةِ كيلو غراماتٍ. هلْ تُعانينَ مرضًا مُزمنًا يا منى، أوْ أيَّ مشكلاتٍ صحيّةٍ؟
منى: لا ، والحمدُ للهِ.
إسراءُ: ممتازٌ! أنصحُكِ بالتّقليلِ منْ مشتقّاتِ القمحِ، والأرزِّ، والابتعادِ عنِ السُّكَّريّاتِ.
منى: هلْ أنقطعُ تمامًا عنْ كلِّ ذلكَ؟ في الواقعِ أنا أحبُّ الشّوكلاتةَ، ورقائقَ البطاطا، ومُقرمشاتِ الذُّرةِ كثيرًا.
إسراءُ: سأعدُّ لكِ برنامجًا غذائيًّا متوازِنًا، يتناسبُ معَ عمرِكِ، يشتملُ على مجموعاتِ الغذاءِ كلِّها بالنِّسّبِ المُحدَّدةِ، والكميّاتِ المسموحةِ في اليومِ الواحدِ،
معَ مراعاةِ التَّنوُّعِ في أصنافِ الغذاءِ، أمَّا بالنّسبةِ إلى الأشياءِ الّتي تُحبّينَها، ففائدتُها ضئيلةٌ، وتسبّبُ السّمنةَ؛ ما
يؤّدي إلى الإصابةِ بالأمراضِ المُزمنةِ.
منى: حسنًا، سأحاولُ التّقليلَ منْها قدرَ المُستطاعِ. هلْ منْ شيءٍ آخرَ تنصحينَني بهِ؟
إسراءُ: نعمْ، أنصحُكِ بالتزامِ مواعيدِ تناولِ الوجباتِ كما حدّدتُها لكِ في البرنامجِ، أنصحُكِ أيضًا بالنّومِ جيّدًا مدّةَ سبعِ ساعاتٍ كلَّ ليلةٍ على الأقلِّ، وأنْ تنامي باكرًا؛ ففي هذا أثرٌ كبيرٌ في انتظامِ عمل
أجهزةِ الجسمِ.
منى: إنْ شاءَ اللهُ. سأحاولُ الالتزامَ قدرَ الإمكانِ، ولكنْ، ماذا عنْ ممارسةِ الرياضة  والأنديةُ مغلقةٌ بسببِ جائحةِ كورونا؟

ثالثًا: أقرأُ الحوارَ معَ زميلي، أوْ أحدِ أفرادِ أسرتي، بحيثُ يتقمّصُ كلُّ واحدٍ منّا دورَ إحدى الشّخصيّتينِ، ملوّنًا أداءَهُ وفقَ ما يتطلّبُهُ المشهدُ، وطبيعةُ الشّخصيّةِ.

وعاءٍ مملوءٍ بالماءِ، فانسكبَ جزءٌ منَ الماءُ منَ الإناءِ لأنَّ التّاجَ قدْ أزاحَهُ، فجمعَ أرخميدسُ الماءَ المُزاحَ، وقاسَ حجمَهُ، بعدَ ذلكَ
أحضرَ كتلةً منَ الذَّهبِ الخالصِ مساويةً لكتلةِ التّاجِ، وغمرَها في الحوضِ نفسِهِ، بعدَ إعادةِ تعبئتِهِ بالماءِ، فأزاحَتْ كتلةُ الذَّهبِ شيئًا
منَ الماءِ، جمعَهُ أرخميدسُ، وقاسَ حجمَهُ، فوجدَ أنَّ حجمَ الماءِ المُزاحِ أقلَّ منَ المرّةِ الأولى، عندَها تيقّنَ أرخميدسُ أنَّ شكَّ الملكِ كانَ

وفي تشغيلِ مِضَخّاتِ المياهِ. وأصبحَ العالمُ مُهتمًّا بطاقةِ الرِّياحِ بشكلٍ أكبرَ؛ وذلكَ لتوليدِ الطّاقةِ
الكهربائيَّةِ باستخدامِ هذهِ الطّاقةِ الطَّبيعيَّةِ، بدلَ استخدامِ الوقودِ الأحفوريِّ؛ لمضارّهِ البيئيّةِ، وخَوْفًا من نُضوبِهِ أيضًا، فكانَتْ أوَّلُ مرَّةٍ
تُحَوَّلُ فيها طاقةُ الرِّياحِ إلى طاقةٍ كهربائيَّةٍ في إسكتلندا عامَ 1887 م، لكنَّ التَّكلفةَ العاليةَ لهذا الاختراعِ حالَتْ دونَ نجاحِهِ، وبجهودِ
العلماءِ المستمرَّةِ تمكَّنوا منْ توليدِ الكهرباءِ؛ باستخدامِ عَنَفاتِ )توربيناتِ( الهواءِ؛ إذْ توضَعُ في المناطقِ الَّتي تكونُ فيها سرعةُ الرِّياحِ
عاليةً، وتوصلُ العَنَفَةُ بمولِّدِ الكهرباءِ، وعندَما تحرّكُ الرّياحُ مراوحَ العَنَفةِ، تُحرّكُ المولّدَ المتّصلَ بها، فتتولَّدُ الطّاقةُ الكهربائيَّةُ.
يُعد ُّمشروعُ مزارعِ الرّياحِ مشروعًا رياديًّا في طريقِ التَّنميةِ المستدامةِ؛ وتزدادُ أهميَّتُهُ بسببِ عدمِ وجودِ احتياطيٍّ منَ النّفْطِ
والغازِ في الأردنِّ، ولتقليلِ الاعتمادِ على استيرادِ الوقودِ لتوليدِ الطّاقةِ الكهربائيَّةِ، إضافةً إلى الاعتمادِ على الطّاقةِ النَّظيفةِ المتجدّدةِ؛
