I feel like I'm being left out and not really noticed so I start to keep quiet more often.

I tried to vent to them but after a few minutes I suddenly had the urge to take my vent back so I deleted it. Not certain if they would actually care is the reason that I deleted the message. The past day has got me down, I had many negative thoughts and tears was the only comfort I had. My parents were no help and life started to feel exhausting. What I'm possibly trying to say is that I feel like I don't matter at this point.
