Consider sharing work loads e.g For elementary- on a grade level one person plans/records A subject for whole grade level. Maybe planning or virtual lessons are shared within a district. For middle and high school maybe responsibilities are shared across the district. E.g if someone is the only person teaching a subject at their school they have teachers at other schools share planning responsibilities or co-teach virtually.
