Consideration
Though automated phone systems offer a number of benefits for businesses, nonprofits and others, these systems have plenty of critics. Outbound automated phone systems have the potential to annoy consumers, and poorly configured systems can leave people listening to silence or receiving multiple calls during which the system simply hangs up.

A digital assistant, also known as a predictive chatbot, is an advanced computer program that simulates a conversation with the people who use it, typically over the internet.

Digital assistants use advanced artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing, natural language understanding, and machine learning to learn as they go and provide a personalized, conversational experience.

Combining historical information such as purchase preferences, home ownership, location, family size, and so on, algorithms can create data models that identify patterns of behavior and then refine those patterns as data is added. By learning a user’s history, preferences, and other information, digital assistants can answer complex questions, provide recommendations, make predictions, and even initiate conversations.

It cannot always differentiate between a homonym, such as "accept" and "except". It may also have problems with slangs. 

2) Background Noise Interference. To get the best out of voice recognition software, we need a quite environment. System don't work so well of there is a lot of background noised. They may not able to differentiate between our voice or other ambient noise.

3) It will require more RAM and faster processors than are currently available in personal computers.
