Attendance issues also followed up by personal tutors.
Attendance is between 85-88%  for all courses but due to persistent offenders
Additional 3 hours per level 3 course has allowed staff to set pass tasks in lesson time and allow learners to focus on higher grades outside of lessons. 
Application for work experience was done in induction which has allowed learners looking for experience in the medical field to gain possible places.
Excellent enrichment at Wton University.
Past students sharing success with tutors after having completed uni and found jobs or carrying on their education . e.g former learner inspired to become science teacher and is undertaking her PGCE

Improved level 2 exam results

2  Ability and commitment to the course of some level 2 and 3 learners leaves a lot to be desired. 
Learners poor English and maths skills hampering progress and high grades. Vast amount of level 3 learners have still not got GCSE maths or english. 
Punctuality a major issue. Red card is not working for some learners who are persistently late and don't see any consequences to their actions.
