1) Positive and Engaging CCA Experience

• Using Google Classroom to disseminate Foot Drill, First Aid and Home Nursing content syllabus to all members and ask the students to read through before attending the CCA session so that practical sessions can be conducted during CCA day.

• Reflection booklet at the end of each CCA session asking the students to write down their CCA experience, how they feel and give examples to support their view point.

• Give an overview of SJB roadmap from Sec 1 - 4 and update individual student of their progress at mid-year and end-of-year.

  
  

2) More Positive and Engaging CCA Experience

• Collaborate with other UGs and have one inter-UG activities per term so that students from different UGs will understand each UG better and enrich their CCA experience.

• SJB Unit Cohesion by having either 1-star kayaking, cycling or archery which can be counted towards Cadet Proficiency Badge Scheme (CPBS).

3) One Improvement

• Common UG CCA Day and changed to Thursday to avoid missing too many CCA days due to quite a number of events that happened on Friday.
