         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since many buildings started to sink and the communication systems are saturated, the main need we have is to ensure people’s safety and provide supplies in order for people to avoid injuries/health implications. Another problem that we are facing is the lack of transportation and sanitary services.<br><br>We need to clean the streets, but it is getting difficult because we have a huge amount of it and, as we mentioned before, there is no transportation.</div>]]></description>

How many transportation and sanitary services do we have. <br>Qualitative data: Quality of infrastructure and medical equipment. <br>With quantitative data we are able to have a better organization such that people get equal treatment and assistance and with qualitative data we make sure that people stay in safe conditions. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The water purification system will bring drinkable water to the population and with the communication system we will hear if anyone needs anything, this will cause that people stay calm and the panic levels will go down so we can start the reconstruction. The most important thing of our methods is that the water purifying works correctly, then we can get on with the rest. </div>]]></description>
