         <title>What&#39;s The Difference Between Them?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Syringes are used for a single dose and are thrown away (in a specified container). IV catheters are used as ports into your body that the doctors, (or paramedics, if you're picked up by an ambulance,) can administer for any needed medications you might need without having to poke you multiple times. They are inserted directly into a vein in either your arm, hand, or even your leg, and neck, if needed. There's a clear sheath over the needle, that's the part that actually stays inside when the needle is pulled out. Then the doctor or medic will connect what is called a "lock" to the "port" (the pink, blue, green, and yellow, cap you see in the picture above) which allows the fluids to enter your body. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>NS1000cc over 2 hrs (15gtts/cc)<br><br>First you must convert 2 hours into minutes = 120 minutes. So it becomes 1000cc divided by 120 which gives us 8.33 cc/min. We then take 8.33 and multiply it by 15gtts since that's our given drop rate. Which gives us 124.95. We then round that and get 125 gtts/min. <br><br>Simple right?</div>]]></description>
