At COAST, we believe that hearing the stories of those who have experience of recovery can be helpful. For that reason, we asked service users at COAST if they would like to share their recovery journey with others. Every person that shared their story has given consent and has done so anonymously. Every recovery journey will be different, but we hope that aspects of these stories will resonate with you and help you on your journey.

Some of the stories have an audio version which may not have been narrated by the person who shared their story. When you're ready just click on the story you want to read and it'll open up!
