These students benefit with the integration with their peers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Does the school culture support and celebrate diversity and view students of RCELD (racial, cultural, ethnic, and linguistic diversity) as assets? <br><br>RUBRIC RATING: 1<br><br>The school has just 22 English Learners in a population of 600+ students. This changes the dynamics at the school site considerably, and services like materials translated for non-English speaking families are not readily available. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Are differentiated reading interventions (e.g., Title I, Read 180, Reading Recovery) available to students of RCELD? <br><br>RUBRIC RATING: 1<br><br>The low population of students who are English Learners means that reading intervention programs have not been designed specifically with these students in mind. There are reading tutors, and intervention aides, who provide support to students at the 1st-3rd grade levels. </div>]]></description>
