Parlay is great if you want your students to look at material and  engage in discourse together. It is like edpuzzle meets eduflow. You add the materials you want your kids to read or watch, then give them discussion questions to answer. The site will then have them engage through comments and feedback on each other's responses. You can set it up to be anonymous, so only you know who writes what. The best part is that it has premade lesson or you can create your own! There was some information that they had to know- so there were 2 required activities, but then they got to choose two other activities to complete for the week as well. Within our PLC we divided out who made the activity instructions so it wasn't so much work on just one of us. I know we all know how to use Google Slides, but here is just an example of how to create a simple choice board for students.
