         <description><![CDATA[<p>我學到了，siraw好吃的秘訣是在放置一個星期後（煮血水）會說一段祝福的話，希望成功。在做siraw前我還是有一些不懂還覺得很難，但真正在做時並不會很難。製作siraw時，我還學會了豬肉的縫，是要把鹽巴用進去。才能均勻，不會有些地方很鹹，有的地方沒味道。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.耆老說在早期沒有玻璃罐裝siraw，所以在早期是用甕裝siraw。</p><p>2.老師說要封的時候，會先把罐子的口擦乾在用薄塑膠袋蓋在上面。如果是在早期會用藤皮或腳踏車的內胎來綁罐子的口。</p><p>3.老師說煮血水很重要，再煮血水的過程會浮出髒的泡沫要把它撈出來。血水放到玻璃罐要醃過肉這樣才是安全的。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>這次的做Siraw課程，讓我知道許多早期阿美族保存食物的智慧，不僅讓我更了解阿美族文化，還讓我知道了阿美族是如何醃製豬肉，或許我以後會用到這個技術，為我的生活添加樂趣，在空閒時或許可以自己在家用豬肉自己試試看，心裡想著做Siraw時的禁忌和細節，想想也別有一番風味呢。</p><p>我們也可以把這些知識分享給其他人，讓那些人知道阿美族的食品文化，不管在未來還是現在，我可能已經可以熟悉的認識阿美族的文化，不管怎麼樣，這次的課程我很開心，獲得了很多課本上沒有的知識，課程也圓滿結束了。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>問題1：以前做好Siraw是如何封存的？</p><p>解答1：要先把洞口裡面跟外面擦乾淨，然後用薄薄的塑膠袋放在上頭，以前是用腳踏車的輪胎內胎封玻璃罐的口</p><p>問題2：有關煮血水的秘訣</p><p>解答2：在煮血水的時候，要把髒泡沫撈起來，剩下乾淨的，還有煮沸騰的鹽水留下來，因為醃製到肉以上，整個肉都要浸泡到，才是安全的Siraw。</p><p>問題3：以前用甚麼容器來做Siraw呢？</p><p>解答3：早期老人家沒有用玻璃罐子，以前都是用自己做阿美陶甕，來去用來封Siraw。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>我在第一次做Siraw的課程中，我印象最深刻的是撒鹽跟燒豬皮，我先說燒豬皮，燒豬皮要把豬皮燒成金黃色，要把豬皮上黑黑的刮掉，再來我說撒鹽，切豬肉的人會把一個地方切一兩個溝，在切斷，我撒鹽時，要把溝的地方用多一點鹽。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>在這次Misa siraw的課程，讓我知道了做Siraw的步驟，第一步驟我們要先燒豬皮，第二步驟我們要分豬肉，第三步驟我們要切豬肉跟撒</p><p>鹽，然後把用好的豬肉放入罐中，最後一部我們要蓋蓋子，在蓋蓋子前要先鋪一層塑膠袋，在蓋蓋子，在做Siraw的時候心裡要一直想，希望我們的Siraw可以很成功，很好吃。我們還要遵守一些禁忌，要放屁或打噴嚏要去遠遠的地方，如果會流手汗要戴手套。這個Misa siraw課程，讓我更了解阿美族的飲食文化，也更進一步讓我了解阿美族。</p>]]></description>
