         <description><![CDATA[<p>The rise of towns were caused by trade fairs held by nobels, lords gaining taxes from towns and an increase in trade. The rise of towns then created more peace and political stability. The towns were therefore able to control and keep up with the increase in people moving back to the city. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Just like the Magna Carta, the English Democracy kept the Kings from abusing their power. William the Conqueror controlled the church elections, gave 180 vassals and split fiefs for 5,000 knights. This I'm increased the amount of loyalty the people had towards him. Henry II established principles for prosecuting criminals and grade juries.  The Magna Carta kept kings from increasing taxes. </p>]]></description>
