Write down under your name the answers to the following questions.
1.All that you currently know about matter.
2.How you think you can determine whether something is a solid, liquid or a gas.
3.Write down some key questions that you would like to know about solids, liquids or gases.

If it is a gas you will not be able to see it. It will be in the air and is invisible. Examples of a gas is carbon dioxide and even just air. If it is a liquid it will be runny and will flow.

1. Matter is 3 things solid liquid and gas. Matter makes things ether hard or it can make things melt or make it so soft you can’t feel it. Matter has all these molecules and atoms in them matter is in bodies such as us so any thing you own has matter in it, even stickers. Matter is used to make lots of important things so what you drink what you eat what you smell. Also things like rocketships and so many other buildings.

2. A solid is something hard and still such as chocolate, tables, books, rocketships, computers, TVs, clocks, chairs, buildings, speakers and so on so basically anything hard is a solid.
A liquid can be something melted or wet such as water, coke, lemonade, Fanta, Dr Pepper, root beer but what is jelly you ask? Jelly is both solid and liquid so they get water and put flavouring in it and then turn it into a sort of solid.

1. I know matter can be a solid like plastic, a liquid like water and in gas form. Also matter is also in us so it is basically what we are made of. Also matter contains molecules and atoms which form all these type of gases, liquids and solids. Also atoms are used to make contaminated weapons like the atomic bomb which are deadly so even atoms are dangerous if you use them the wrong way.

2. You can tell if a thing is solid by touching it and making sure your hand won't go through. You can tell if something is a liquid because when you put your
hands through it. You can tell if something is a gas because it can been contained and it is invisible.

The things that I want to learn are, are there matter in space and also can a gas become a liquid

I don't know an awfully lot amount of things on matter. What I do know is that all things are made of matter. Inside matter, are atoms and molecules. In hot things like fire the molecules are giggling around really really fast. One the other hand ice has molecules that mov really slow. It is similar to our bodies. When we are moving around or running we tend to get hot. When we sit in one spot for a long time our body seams to get colder.

The difference between a solid, gas and a liquid is the texture. The most commonly found thing is a solid which is something hard like a chair. A liquid is something that is runny, like water. A gas on the other hand, besides the temperature you cant feel it unlike liquids and solids. An example of a gas is oxygen, what we breath in.

One question I have is whether there is matter in gasses?

I also know that molecules make up objects, air and everything else. matter moves in different ways like gasses move around in the air but I don’t remember how the others move. I also know that space is all matter.
________________________________
2. I would kno if something is a lquid because it is water and you can throw or put something through it. But on the other case you cant put something through a solid unless if you break it or damage the object. Gasses are in the air and you normally cant see them, a case where you can a gas is smoke.
3. I have no questions

1. Matter can either be a solid, liqud or gas. Matter is all around us. Touch your table that is matter (Solid.). Breath in & out oxygen, this is matter (Gas.). Drink some water (Liquid.). This is all Matter. All matter in the universe was created at the Big Bang, the sourse of all energy. All matter was made at a temperatue of 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000 Kelvin. This was the hottest temperature of all time. When matter moves fast, like in the sun, things heat up. When they go slow things are cold, like on enceloudus.
2. You can determine if some this is a gas a solid by trying to feel it. If it is hard it is a solid, if you feel emptyness it is a gas & if it is running like water it is a liquid.
3. How did the Big Bang, the sorce of all matter start? I read in a book is started 13,700 MYA ago.
