For whatever reason, sometimes, it is difficult for me to stick up for others. I don't know if the timing is right or if it's even necessary for me to try to help someone out so I usually don't, which is sad. When something is happening to someone else, especially if I know them well and I know a lot of what has happened to them, I end up taking on the feelings that they describe.
