1 Cup of (clear) Creme' de Cacao
1 Cup of Creme' de Menthe
1 8 ounce container of regular cool whip

Allow ice cream to become soft. Hand mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour back into the ice cream pail and cool whip dish. Freeze for at least 24 hours before serving. If you want cool whip and ice cream chunks, don't over mix. 6 oz Spinach (finely chopped)
3/4 c. Feta Cheese (chopped)
3/4 c. Craisins (finely chopped)
Dressing:
3/4 c. Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil
1/4 tsp. white pepper

1. Cook orzo according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. 
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat. 
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Optional: Top with sunflower seeds.

2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. m&ms

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Coat 9x13 pan w/ nonstick spray
3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and butter. Stir until smooth. 
4. Stir in candy and spread the mix in the pan. 
5. Bake 15-20 min. until lightly golden at edges. Inside may seem slightly underdone. That's ok.
