Listening- listening to other members of the team's ideas.
Questioning- questioning other's ideas to improve the progress and ask questions to help one another.
Persuading- persuading others to help the team and come up with goo ideas
Respecting- respecting other people's ideas and build on them
Helping- helping other people with what they are doing
Sharing- sharing ideas so others can have an understanding on the topic
Participating- if you don't participate, the team won't be able to improve from possible ideas that you might have.
