         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Ecologist, Garrett Hardin, argued the main difficulty in solving the environmental problems, The example he used was the commons, or the areas that belonged to the whole village." When sheep would loiter on the grass in fields, the large amount of them would kill the grass. That caused a large shortage and affected the well being of the sheep.  </div>]]></description>
