I think the last tool we played can be adopted in the SEN classroom settings because the design of the game helps to the SEN students understand more easily. The visual use and gamification will allow them to receive the meaning of playing the game effectively. With the assistance of the teacher, I think the teacher can have more interactions with the SEN students in order to stimulate their thinking in pacing their career.

The second tool (“big boss”) can be used in another way: still using those career cards, everyone gets 10 cards randomly at the beginning, and starting from student A who draws a card from B, then B draws from C, C draws from A, when they get the card which matches at least their 2 Holland codes during the process, they need to show it out. Finally, who firstly discards all his/her cards will be the winner. And next step, they can look at those cards with their Holland codes to find more matching career options.

In the English lessons, we use the cards to introduce the difference career and the general characteristics, so that students can learn more vocabularies. In primary general study lessons, we can use the card to introduce the responsibility, then ask them to discuss their dream job.

Students can form themselves in a group of 2. Each can take turns to put each occupation card under three categories - I will consider these occupations, I will not consider these occupations and not sure. Playing this game with them will help them have a clear mind on what they actually want to be after graduation rather than focusing on high income only.

For surface area, it should be also attractive to primary school student, especially for them to learn the types of job and the mission of it, so that they would have a better understanding on different Jon types. To deeper area, it leads students to think and consider whether they like the job and want to try later on.

The students can learn communication skill and social skill by playing the game. In the second card game, I will let F.1 to F.3 students (divide to 4-5 people into one group) to play the simple version one without the grabbing card session (which needs to battle for getting the cards). They can learn the occupation easily through describing it, and have fun in this game. Through playing the game, they may know more about the jobs they may want to do in the future.

I will think that an alternative way of using this card is to conduct a role play. Students can firm group of 4 and randomly pick a card and they have to find some information on the internet and conduct role play and try to simulate that certain job's environment and their duty in front of the classes so that students will know more about some jobs that's not common to see.

I think the "big boss" cards can be used with the SEN students. However, the game is quite difficult for SEN students to handle (complicate procedures).

As the cards display interesting and abstract cartoons to represent different careers. Thus, I may change the game rule by only require students to guess what career the card is representing and let them discuss what features this job has. Lastly, students who can successfully assign this job to another student with a reasonable explanation (Holland Code), can gain one point. The student with the highest score will win the game.

I think this will be easier for SEN students to participate in the game and it will be useful for them to clarify their career future.

Both of the games are interesting and I believe that students will love it very much, especially for the second game. The card game is attractive as we need to use some words to describe different jobs and we also need to find the jobs according to our Holland code and we need to use some ability card to get our job, it is funny. I believe that this game is suitable for junior form students as they can try to figure out which job they are interested in.

After the workshop, I think that the cards have a lot of design and being artistic, especially the game of big boss. The pictures of the cards in game 2 are pretty and creative. To cooperate with visual arts, I reckon that it is suitable for student to design their own cards for the game. They can draw the picture of the cards. One group design one set of cards. Through the design, they can understand different features and information about the job. It sounds fun!

The two games played that day were really helpful in helping students to understand their interests and real life scenario in persuing careers according to their personalities. Additionally, I think the second game could also help students to train their intuition and observation skills when choosing different career paths. For instance, in the second game students have to describe the features shown on each career picture card and observe the compatibility of own’s Holland code when “choosing “ jobs in the game. By doing this, students can learn to have the similar observation skills when choosing their own careers, such as having to check the compatibility of Holland code and the characteristics of the job in order to gain greatest satisfaction in their careers.

Both games played were very interesting, also allowing students to show their understanding of different careers and to learn from their classmates. The first card game can let students to briefly understand what kind of jobs they like and they don't like, by choosing the career cards instantly. During debriefing, students can categorize the Holland code on the career cards they’ve chosen. A section of finding their own Holland code can be added to help them further analyze the kinds of career they might want to pursue in the future. For the second game, the meaning of drawings on the cards can differ from each person’s imagination, more communication and exchange of ideas on the drawings can allow students to learn more about the career from different perspectives.

Take the first activity as example，I chose what I want to do，hesitate to do and don't want to do. It helped me to understand what I want. On the another hand，my partner asked me about the reasons behind the hesitate and unwanted jobs. He can clarify the fact that I misunderstood and help me to change the impression on the hesitate and unwanted job.

I think both activities are meaningful and interesting as it makes me understand more about ourselves. In the first activity, we categorized the occupation card into three main streams - wish to be, hesitation, and not wish to be, it helps in understanding what I want / do not want to be with reasoning. Moreover, I could also find the similarity in the job I would like to be with the Holland code, so that I could better understand myself and preference. In second activity, it provides more choices and personal feeling toward different jobs which stimulates me to think of my desire job.

I think both the card games that we played are interesting. They let us more familiar with different occupations and start to consider what we want to do in the future. I suggest that after the students select the jobs that they are interested in on the first card game, then they can calculate which Holland codes appear the most. The students can consider whether the code is accurate to match themselves and can ask for information in these field areas.

After this lesson, I think the cards with pictures of different jobs can be used as a game of ranking the priority of the jobs（top 5). After ranking the cards, every participant should explain the reason for the ranking. Moreover, they have to mention the characteristics of themselves which match the jobs.
