While this is a huge positive, some campuses are not at the point where this kind of PD is as beneficial as it would be for others. Our campus could have benefitted a lot from internally devised PD topics and/or activities that speak to our own contextual concerns at this point. Providing campuses with flexibility regarding topics and areas of focus is something that should be looked into moving forward.
