They did that all day long and before  they could be released the director of postal operations said he would keep 400 out of 2,400 marines to sort out the mail that day.<br>2-The postal director said that "psychologically speaking it would be a good idea to have troops working with postal workers but they couldn't do anything about it.  Many of the troops withdrew with out regret.</div>]]></description>
