Today, you will be learning about conflict de-escalation through various activities.

What is conflict de-escalation?
Conflict de-escalation is approaches in conflict resolution. It is used to prevent people from escalating into violence during disagreements. De-escalation means “transferring your sense of calm and genuine interest in what the patient wants to tell you by using respectful, clear, limit setting [boundaries].” 

Basically, it involves being kind and respectful in hearing all sides of an argument to help resolve it.
