This YouTube video makes you think of the individual themselves rather than the individual with the diagnosis. This is a great resource in that it makes you put yourself in someone else's shoes. It aligns with my profession because as a professional you can't look at just the individuals behavior of concern, you have to look at them as a person. In addition, when deciding on a replacement behavior, be sure to choose one that is not too much effort for the individual, like the video showed.
