"Once social change begins, it cannot be reserved. You cannot un-educate the person who has learned to read. You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride. You cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore." - Ceasar Chaves address to the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco, Nov. 9, 1984.

It is viewed as sudden social change in the form of protest or revolution as both desirable and necessary to reduce or eliminate social inequality and to address other social problems. It sometimes overemphasizes economic conflict while neglecting conflict rooted in race, ethnicity, gender, and religion. It also challenges the status quo, it encourage social change and also believe rich and powerful people to force social order on the poor and the week. Ceasar Chavez quote is a perfect example for conflict perspective.
