Normally people know my country as a vacation destination due to the amazing beaches, delicious foods and great sightseeing like the museums, the castles and the churches who are full of history. I’ve had an amazing childhood not just because of my family and friends but also because Portugal is one of the safest countrys in the world and Lisbon (the capital and where I lived) is a really good city in matters of crime, so when I was starting to get older my parents would let me go downtown with my friends. That is why moving to Amherst was a really big change for me, I moved countries and I moved “alone” meaning I moved without my parents. I enjoy long walks but the beach with my parents and my dog, I like going to the movies, hanging out with friends and the thing that I enjoy the most is cooking.
