For example, the use of Total Physical Response along with language to relate words. A movement is given to a specific word, with a specific pronunciation, and meaning. So do the acquisition of natural language. A language input&nbsp;is occurring through a sound, an action, or an object.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A good point for the methods is that SIOP can be integrated by building a background. The component of building a background encourages creating a link and detaining vocabulary. This means, that by integrating TPR we can create a link to a word that with constant repetition can be acquired in the Second Language.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Grammar-based approach is basically a language structure for study in learning. In some methods such as Grammar Translations, structure skills are developed in L1 and are transferred to L2. This means that when a strong development of reading and writing are established in the native language can be easily transferred into subsequent language. Furthermore, adapt them to new rules and application of language.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think this chapter is great to integrate the SIOP Component 1.&nbsp; To move from grammar-based to communicative approaches the integration and development of both should be practiced.&nbsp; By using the cycle of assessing, teaching, reteaching, and assessing to monitor the students' understanding allows time to practice and modified applying methods. Many of the methods mentioned in this chapter like <em>suggestopedia</em>, the <em>silent way</em>, and <em>language acquisition devise</em>, among others could be integrated into lesson planning to achieve grammar and communicative language.</div>]]></description>
