In our ideas our differing subject understanding is the key to the project. However each of us have different upbringing, cultural experiences and ideologies. Each of these can influence our product decision. We have different job experiences.

Project Expectations
For the group assignment, our goals are to achieve the best available mark whilst developing a business, service and product that improves the SDG's.
We hope to open up in all of our discussions and create a project based on our strengths. 
We can also polish up our "weaknesses" through collaboration in this project. 
Through this assignment, we hope to learn more about our specific area of study and apply these skills to our future careers.

Team Task: Is the situational demands of the Capstone project. This not only includes the current stipulations, but also accounts for the developing demands such as the agility activity. All of us are aiming to collaborate our skills in order to develop a product or business that will achieve the core goal of Sustainable Development. A system to review this is our team meeting, which our individual research will be critiqued in the value of our main goal. Every week we address an area of expertise.

Team Processes: The team processes is the emerging subtasks that through the repetitive work which can be improved to meet our goal. Each process can be looped back to the task and utilised to improve future projects.  A system. We plan to subdivide our tasks based upon our are of expertise, then discuss how we apply these skills to our goal.

Team Effectiveness is measured based upon whether the task is achieved by our goal. 

Inputs vs Outputs 
Inputs- Individual resources, team members roles and diversity. This will be our experience and ideas from  our subjects to develop the business Model

Processes- Communication, coordination, collaboration and conflict resolution> 

Outputs- Outputs and Outcomes. A business report that develops our teamwork and knowledge base. 

b)    You gather items by saving each picture (each team member gathers 2) to your computer and then uploading it onto your team Padlet. Label your pictures with your name.

b)     Each team member then forms an individual narrative (and explains it verbally to the team) about what they have gathered – how their two fragments can be combined together to help them survive in Estonia. Type a brief description near your pictures.

c)     The team as a whole forms a narrative about everyone’s constructions, how each team members’ constructions all combine to help them survive in Estonia. Type a brief description in your sheet that summarises the team’s combined construction.

d)    Save your Padlet and everyone should take a screenshot and paste it in their DOC file for their records.
