The first being Botanica which we were given permission to take pictures in one of their flower sceneries. The second being the zoo and lastly Breckinridge Wild Life Park. The use of formal art was found in Botanica and the zoo in the form of paintings in both.

The only exhibit that featured any type of integrated art activities would be Botanica and it involved matching spring/summer flowers to their seeds, which wasn't much an exciting activity.]]> 2023-07-03 00:30:59 UTC https://padlet.com/ctminks/rfvlfayjqmlddj4p/wish/2636722680 ctminks https://padlet.com/ctminks/rfvlfayjqmlddj4p/wish/2636726532 One of the main takeaways that I took from these opportunities was allowing myself to understand and think about the scenery more than ever knowing this was for a project for the classroom.
My favorite was by far the wild life park because the nature was just so different than I was use to then at home and the area was just spectacular to be in.
The way I believe I could apply these experiences would be to share them with my students and allow them to see and understand the beauties of the art around them.
