Debate Question: Which character is a better friend? Opal or Little Willy?
My position is that Opal is a better friend. One part that shows this is that Opal makes friends with Gloria Dump and reads a book to her because she has bad eyesight. She is friends with her even though people say she is a witch and she stands up for her when the Dewberry boys say mean things to her. That makes her a good friend. Another part that shows this is that she also stands up for Otis when the Dewberry boys say he is a criminal and is stupid.

I think Opal has a better life style because she is trying to help people not saying Little Willy wasn't trying to help grand father but saying that Opal is helping Otis, Gloria dump, Ms. Franny block,Sweetie pie Tomas and of course Winn Dixie. And also Opal is better at making friends like making friends with Otis and he's been to jail before.But I guess little willy was really good friends with search light because search light died trying to help Little Willy win the race for grand father to live. But there similar because both there best friends are really good dogs like how I said search light died trying to help Little Willy and Opal had Winn Dixie to get her to make friends with everyone but Opal is way more convincing such asgetting Winn Dixie into the pet store, church and library.

My claim is that JAYFEATHER is better Because he is a med. cat.

1. The first reason why Jayfeather is better is because he can walk in other cat's dreams!!! how awesome is that!?!?
2. Another reason why Jayfeather is better is because he can heal his entire clan!!!
3.he can also connect with StarClan!!! no other cat can do that besides the clan leaders and other medicine cats!!!
4.Some people might say Jayfeather is a lazy cat and insult him because he didn't get the water back they might compare him to his brother, but here is what I think of that: Lionblaze was well fed and he didn't fell thirsty for a second!!! Jayfeather and all of the other cats that were back at the lake were starving and thirsty! Lionblaze didn't even thing he was lucky that he had water,food and no sicknesses he also was shaded from blasting heat!!! Jayfeather was hot,thirsty,hungry,and busy with sick cats!! the herbs Jayfeather needed to collect were shriveled and burnt!! cats in the clans were going to die! so what if Lionblaze is a warrior! he's spoiled rotten, and doesn't appreciate it!!!

Opal is more brave than Willie. Why you ask? It is because winn-dixie went into Gloria Dump's back yard eating penut butter with glora dump. That makes her brave because the Dewberry boys kept saying that she would eat her and has eaten a dog before and that she is a witch. So that makes her brave. Hello! my name is Charlotte,I am here to debate who is a better better favorite. Jayfeather or Lionblaze?My opinion is Lionblaze because Lionblaze is a hunter/battler and his power is he can't be beat in battle.Another reason is that lionblaze's apprentice is Dovepaw and Dovepaw was the cat who stopped the drought. Lionblaze went to stop the drought too but not Jayfeather. Jayfeather just sat around in Thunderclan camp like a big lump. Jayfeather is also stubborn and grumpy. Jayfeather broke a really special stick when he was mad at Rock.Rock was just doing his job!Jayfeather had the abilitie to talk to his ancestors and all the other ancient cats. Although Jayfeather had to suffer through the drought, Lionblaze suffered even more. Lionblaze had to suffer through twolegs,Dogs,and helpless windclan and riverclan cats.Another reason is that when Trelyn searched reasons jayfeather is better than lionblaze what came up was reasons that Lionblaze is better than jayfeather and hollyleaf.I know that Trelyn's debate was pretty convincing but mine is by far better!! Dyamonde Danyiel and opal out of the both of them I think that Dyamonde Daniel is a better friend because Dyamonde went up to free the secondary charterer and talk to him to try to under stand why he is so mad because he is always have a grunt on his face but when the Dunlap and Stevey came all opal said get lost you bold headed baby's. So I think that Dymanode handles stuff better. Another thing is that Opal dose not think stuff throw like when she called the boys bold headed baby's she did not think that throw but Dyamonde thought maybe that if she talk to free than maybe she will see why he was so mad all the time. Abby VS Dyamonde Daniel I think Abby is a better friend because she solves problems by thinking about whats is supposed to happen in the fairy tales that she goes in with her brother. Another reason is that when Abby met her friends other BFF she did not talk mean to her but when Dyamonde met Free she started to yell at him insted of saying "Hi" to Free.
